二郎よりもスープがしょっぱくないのも良い。

サイドメニュー等もあるので、足りない人は追加で。あと、ドリンクはセットで頼むと安いです。

チャーシューは箸でつかむだけでホロホロとろけるやわらかさ。
メンマがかなりでかい。
スープは脂が多くてギトギトなので、もう少し少ないと良いです。
あと、子供向けサイズもあると助かります。

二郎インスパイアとつけ麺推し。
ノーマルな醤油ラーメンもあるようでしたが
全体的にフードコート価格でやや強気。
まじ麺を名乗る二郎系のラーメンを注文。
フードコート店なので二郎系コールは無く
注文時に確認も無かったので恐らく量は一定。
ヤサイは他店のマシとマシマシの間かマシマシぐらい。
麺はあのゴワゴワの角麺。
スープはカツオが強めの非乳化の醤油スープ。
トッピングのせいでややぬるめ。
…と思いきや、
底の方はかなりトロみのある魚粉チックなスープ。
そのせいで最初はさっぱりなのに
お腹が満たされ始める頃に濃厚ドロッとスープになり
後半戦が妙にキツく感じる残念仕様。
スープもですが、豚の味付けも節の香りが強く
後半戦は節味に支配されてかなり辟易します。
最初に天地返しをするなり
途中から調味料で味変をすれば良いのかも知れませんが
フードコートなので非常にしづらい。
ちょっとHPの丁重な作りのスープは感じられなかったです。
もしかして誤字じゃなく低調が正しい表記？
