経営者が変わる前までは色々なレクレーションや月一のお出かけ等がありましたが経営者が変わった今では施設内の雰囲気も微妙感じになり職員の人もコロコロ変わって微妙ですね

上の階は言葉遣いがすごいのと新人の教え方が最低。
初日に放置。何も言われず何していいかわからなくてご利用者さんに挨拶して、コミュニケーションとるくらいです。
流れを教えて欲しい……?

やりづらくて……ほんとに困る。
食事の時間は決まってるみたいです。
ですが食事の準備で、準備して置いといたら「準備して置いとくくらいなら入れて出して」と言われました。
食事配膳下膳する際はエプロンすること！！言われましたが
