★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ３年以上通って、はじめてカットを忘れたら、連絡もなくキャンセル料金取られました。ずっと通ってるお客様に特別もなく、紹介しても特典もなく、ただたた損でした。ただ先生は優しくて良かったので病院を変えるのが辛いです。
If I forget the cut for the first time after 3 years or more, I got a cancellation fee without contacting me. It was just a loss because there was no special thing for the customers who were going through all the time, there was no special benefit even if introduced. However, it was hard for me to change hospitals because the teacher was nice and nice.

質問すれば、混雑している時でも面倒がらずに丁寧に答えていただけます。一匹一匹の診察時間が長引き、待ち時間が長くなることもありますが、待っている方達も、この先生の診察の丁寧さを知っているので誰も文句を言いません。
患者である犬や猫への接し方もとても優しいです。
腎臓病の猫を診ていただいていますが、この先生に看取っていただくつもりでいます。
