The quality of the food compared to other joints is definitely lower, but it's still good food and leaving with a full belly while only using up one 1k yen bill, or even just a 500 yen coin is a hard deal to be miffed at. The grilled chicken rice bowl + 6 pot stickers + pork broth ramen set put me back 890 yen only, and the quantity was enough to satisfy after a long day at work. The menu is in Japanese, but it has illustrations so you can order what you see and point if you can't read it.
