S	SPぐらお on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ４月の休日に伺いました。燻製のおみやげも買える燻製料理カフェ塩や故障の燻製、定番の肉系、チーズなど色々お安く揃っています。 11時前に伺いましたがランチは11時半からとの事ですので併設されている道の駅や雪の無い大草原なスキー場を眺めて暇を潰しました。ランチメニューは煙神ランチのみ（1480円：税抜）内容は・メイン料理を３種類から１つ選択パスタ or カレー or タコライス・サラダ・燻製セット・デザート注文した後はまずはサラダが到着、そしてダッヂオーブンで燻製された料理が運ばれ目の前で蓋が開かれます。色々な燻製が楽しめますが特にベーコンが秀逸。燻製の薫りと脂が広がり堪りませんあとメインにカレーを選択したのですがココナッツの利いたさっぱり目な鶏肉スープカレーでしたコレに関しては普通な美味しさ。デザートは燻製ナッツとハニーシロップの掛かったバニラアイス蜂蜜が強くて薫りはあんまり感じられなかったかな～色々楽しみたくて追加で鴨・せせり・ウインナーなど追加注文もしましたが中でも特にせせりが美味しかった燻製はベーコンとせせりが私には刺さりました。総括すると、燻製は美味しいけど他は普通な印象。静かで落ちついてますのでカフェ利用して燻製をおみやげで買うのが良いかもしれませんね I visited on a holiday in April.
