H	Hiro Taka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 介護施設に所用で向かう途中、ぎょうざののぼりが目にとまった。敷地に建つ白いビルは、道路からも大きな冷蔵施設が見えるぎょうざ工場だった。その脇にオマケの様に建つ小屋が出来上がったぎょうざを直接買うことができる直売所になっている。早速店内に入ると餃子は8種類程もあり、どれもうまそうで迷う程。店員さんから、初めてでしたら「肉っこ餃子」が、人気なので、まずはこちらから如何ですか、との助言を受け、躊躇なくそれを選んだ。無駄な包装は無く、ビニール袋にどっさり入っているところが、いかにも工場の直売っぽくてよい。パンフによると、メイン食材は国産で揃え、豚肉は一度も凍らせていない新鮮なものを使用、ニンニクは青森産、生姜は高知産、キャベツは嬬恋産が使われている。商店が一切ない目立たない場所で、このような国産安心ぎょうざを工場から直接買えるスポットがあるとは思いも寄らなかった。ぎょうざは肉の旨みが出てうまい。お勧めのお店。敷地内に出入りし易い駐車場がある。 On the way to the long-term care facility, I noticed a gyoza streamer.
