調剤師が間違って薬を渡した。薬が足りませんと翌朝1番電話したら、在庫数は合ってますと回答。間違いを認めません怒。ずさんな管理です。
どなたかに余分に入れたということです。調剤師が10人もいて確認の確認、複数チェックをする事は当然のことですが、ルーズな事でした。
