結局、ホームセンターで頼んで作ってもらいました。（10～15分程度で作ってもらえます。）
追記：オーナーさんからの返信を読んでびっくりしました。
＞ホームセンターで出来る合鍵はホームセンターへ。ウチは合鍵屋ではありません。
鍵に関する事なら何でもおまかせ!!と書いてあるので相談させてもらったのですが…
引っ越したばかりで馴れない土地の為、近くに鍵屋さんがあると分かってホームセンターより先に電話させてもらったのですが…何でこんなキツい言い方されなきゃいけないんでしょう？
