C	Claudia Zuurman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super cute shop with very nice bags. I fell in love with a certain bag but didnt like that the straps were too short for me to put them around my shoulder. I asked the lady behind the counter for longer straps but she told me it wasnt possible (she couldnt speak english so maybe she just didnt understand) i used google translate after she showed it could be a bit longer by changing the hole. She still said it wasn't possible so i decided to ask someone else. I asked the guy i saw in their flyer (in front of the door) He let me try on other bags to find the lenght i like and made new straps for me (i still got the smaller straps aswell) It cost a bit extra but now its 100% what i want and totally worth it, thank you! I gave 4 stars because the lady said it wasn't possible while it quite obviously was (their workplace is behind the desk and you could see all types of leather and people working on bags). If i wasn't stubborn, i would've walked away without the bag even though its possible. Mightve been miscommunication but then this is a heads up for my fellow non-japanese speaking travelers! Next to this little 'problem' it was a great experience and an amazing bag.
