★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本日11:45頃の電話対応の女性（40歳前後と思われる）がタメ口を使用したり「うん」という返事をしていました。職員の質が低いのではないでしょうか。申し訳ありませんが今後改善が図られなければ管轄元に連絡致します。
