祐	祐 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 離職手当の為の説明会で、担当の方の説明不足。一般的な離職者のための説明会の内容だったので、障害者枠の自分は少し内容が違いました。できれば、その他の例外の方の内容もその場で聞ければと思いました。内容が違ったのを知ったのも、後日職業相談をしてから発覚しました。コロナもあり障害者でもあったので、職業相談等は１回で良いと言われました。その後、２回目の認定日の日に「次の認定日までに、２回以上職業相談等してください。」と、言われたので前述の事もあり、３度ほど「本当ですか？」と、聞き返しましたが、「２回で合ってます。」と言われました。なので自分は障害者枠であることを告げると、他の職員の方に確認した後、「１回でいいです」と、言われました。謝罪も適当で、この人達は書類を提出させた上で、いったいどこを確認してるのだろう？と疑問に思いました。あくまで、一部の職員さんだけだと思いますので、大丈夫だとは思いますが…。ちなみに、障害者の担当の職員さんはとても良い方で、しっかりと話も聞いてくださり満足はしています。 Insufficient explanation by the person in charge at the briefing session for turnover allowance.
