★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の方もおっしゃってますが、相談の際従業員による格差が激しい。若い男性の従業員にあたるとほぼ当たり前のことしか言ってもらえず何も相談にならない。

言うだけ言っといて、違ってても謝罪の言葉もない。
相当イラついた。
The receptionist was terrible.
Just to say, there is no word of apology even if it is different.

なので対応能力があり余裕のある人は良いが
能力が低く余裕のない職員にあたると
本人の処理能力が追いつかず余裕がないために
こちらに対しても雑な対応をするので態度が悪く
本当に手続きなどに行くのが面倒だと思う。
だけど、そういう駄目な人は心の中で見下して無視していれば他の対応の良い人がいるのでどうにかなる。
どこの会社もそうだけど能力の低い人ほど態度が悪い。

So people who can afford and can respond are good
When it comes to low-capacity staff
Because the processing capacity of the person cannot keep up
Attitude is bad because we deal with rough here
I think it is really troublesome to go to the procedure.
However, if such a useless person looks down in the heart and ignores it, there will be other good people who can manage it.
As with any company, people with lower abilities have worse attitudes.
