★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was first connected to a Japanese person who had zero interest to what I was saying. Instead of answering my initial question he asked me a question over question to then turn and say “sorry we don’t have anything for you”.
Later on I was connected to George who was professional and much nicer to connect to professionally, and thanks to him I ended with a good experience. The Japanese team perhaps need more training in terms of communication and professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I met several recruiters in SNS, they sent me a greeting message via Linked in. If I do not interested to their job offer, they ignored my reply and never contact me again. Hays is not act like them. they kept in touch with me after I got a job. they are checking with me about new position and work role. Hays is not treat me as a material to making money. Thank you Hays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I passed the last interview and received a verbal offer, however the pay was lower than what was advertised.
I mentioned it to the HAYS manager, and the next day I received a phone call from him claiming that my verbal contract had been canceled due to the company's "limited budget."
Probably since I mentioned that the salary was lower than planned, the verbal agreement was canceled. Discussing salary with them should be done with caution, especially with "RUNAN WANG” who doesn't appear to be helpful
