★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 職場でたい焼きの話からこのお店を知り、あんこ好きな人がここが一番と言われ向かいました。
ナビの案内で到着ですが看板も旗もありません、ご主人が焼く姿を見てここなんだろうと思いドアを開けて開けて聞いてみると2時間半あとなら焼きあげると言われ頼みました。
由良駅やお台場市場へ行き、帰りに手にすることができました。
クチコミや噂以上に美味しかったです、今週2店目の天然物のたい焼きですが、ここまで来たかいがありました。
[電話予約は必須、駐車場はありませんので予約時間は厳守、次回からの教訓と思いました。]

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 絶滅危惧種ともいわれる『天然もの』のたい焼き屋さんです。
重たい(一丁2キロ以上?)金型に、生地と餡を乗せて、火床でガチャガチャと移動させながら丹精こめて直火で焼き上げます。
芳ばしさや火の通り方など『養殖物』とは比べ物にならないとても深い味わいの天然たい焼き。イートインスペースでご賞味いただきたい逸品です。
ちなみに、鳥取県には『天然もの』のたい焼き屋さんがあと3軒も(鳥取市「らっぱや大谷商店」、米子市「あんあん」、倉吉市「米澤たい焼き店」)あるんです。

店主が、丁寧に対応して下さいます。
からから、型を転がしながら焼く様子を見ると、癒やされます。
こんがり焼けた鯛焼きは、最高。
冷めても美味しいです。
1枚150円でした。
