修理完了予定日になっても連絡が来ない。修理完了の連絡が来たのは2週間後。謝罪もなく、私が電話で今回の件を伝えると「すいません。」と一言。
もう私は利用する気はありませんが、自転車修理で利用する方は気を付けてください。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の方も言っている対応が悪い店員というのは今の店長のことですかね？であれば対応されてなんとなく納得しました。ただ性格というか人間性の部分がちょっとなと感じたので、努力でどうなるものでもないし、上っ面だけそれっぽく直して対応されても注意されたから渋々でしょ？としか思えず、知ってるスタッフも殆どいなくなったので、今後は別にこの店じゃなくても良いかなと思います。

However, I felt that the personality or human nature was a little bit, so it wouldn't be a problem with my efforts, and I was reluctant to be careful even if I corrected it just like that on the upper side, right? ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前バイクを見にいかせていただいたのですが、まず親と見に行った時には挨拶はもちろん、コーヒーを出してくれて先にお変わりくださいなど、それなりの対応をしていただきました。ですが私(20歳)がもう一度一人で見に行った時は挨拶、コーヒーはなく、お座りくださいを言う前にすわり、挙句の果てには、「あ、忘れてました、座ってどうぞ」と言われました。こんなお店があるんだと知り、世の中は怖いなと思いました笑
大人の方なら良いと思いますが、未成年などの方にはおすすめできないです。友達もこのような対応をされたと言っていたのでもう二度と行きません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 展示車両の数が多いので、実車を見てみたいという人には適当な店だと思います。大きい店だけに、多くの人がライディングポジションを確認するために、バイクに跨る回数も当然増えると思われます。自分が購入を考えていた売れ筋のバイクの展示車両は、他店と比べてかなり傷が見られました。また、販売に関しては本当に売る気があるのか？というような対応を取られました（対応する人にもよるのかもしれません）。バイクの購入を考えている人は、様々なお店を自分の目で確かめてから、焦らず、納得のいく買い物をした方がよいと思います。
