若い女性の方は「裁判官」の様な表情で
いつもにらんでいますし
年上の女性の方は挨拶もできません
とっても入りにくく
たぶん年配の来院者には怖いと思います

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前から毎回来院の度に感じていましたが、受付や電話対応が不快です。相手への気遣いや思いやりが一切感じられません。
具合が良い時に医者にはかからないわけで、物の伝え方を改善された方が、医院のイメージは間違いなく良くなるでしょうね。
I've always felt it every time I visited the hospital, but the reception and telephone support are unpleasant. I don't feel any concern or compassion for the other person.
It doesn't mean that you don't see a doctor when you're feeling well, so if you improve the way you communicate things, the image of the clinic will definitely improve.
