個人的にケーキ屋さんの中で一番大好きです。もう職人さんの手作りって感じで安心して食べられます。
店内に入るととーってもいい匂いがします!
少しレトロな感じになりましたかね。
でも大好き。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小さくて可愛い『町のケーキ屋さん』て感じでした? 最近『焼き菓子』にハマっていて、今日も焼き菓子だけ買うつもりで行ったんですがぁ…シュークリームが美味しそう?大好きなバナナオムレットもある? 結局、焼き菓子とシュークリームとバナナオムレットも買っちゃいました? 商品を袋に入れてもらってる間にふっとショーケースを見たら『ロールケーキ(バタークリーム)ハーフ450円』の札だけが…お店の方に『あの～…これって今ありますか？』と聞いたら奥に聞きに行ってくれて『今クリーム塗って巻きますからちょっとお待ち頂けますか？』と✨ 待ちます❗待ちます❗出来立てのロールケーキ✨しかも懐かしい(私世代は昔はケーキと言えばバタークリームだった✋)バタークリームなら待ちますとも?
家に帰って直ぐに母と食べましたが、スポンジもクリームも甘過ぎず、そして昔のバタークリームみたいに口の中に脂の膜が張るようなクリームではなくて、生クリームみたいに柔らかくてスッキリしてるクリーム✨✨ ヤバい❗新潟市北区はちょっと遠いけどファンになってしまったー?? シュークリームも皮はサクサクで中のクリームは甘過ぎない✨
これは焼き菓子も他のケーキも期待出来るでしょ? お菓子と一緒に入ってた紙ナフキンのイラストもオシャレ～?
