子供の1歳のお祝いの一升餅等様々なシーンでお世話になっています。
うちの母はこちらのお赤飯が特に好物ですが、白餅、海老餅、豆餅、草餅、お赤飯、何でも美味しいです。
先日海老餅を久しぶりに食べました。
焼いたら、外はサクッとしていて、口に入れると香ばしい海老と胡麻の香りが。
お餅は柔らかくてとろけるようにとろ〜りとのびます。
塩味がついているので海老の香りとほんのりしょっぱさで何もつけなくてもそのまま食べられます。
噛みしめるとモチモチしていて、お米の甘みが感じられて、美味しい。いくらでも食べられます。
これが美味しいお餅なんだね、と家族も大喜びです。
現在は仲の良いご夫婦で経営されてらっしゃるようですが、昔も今も親切丁寧なお仕事をされているので地元民から愛されてるお餅屋さんです。
接客対応もとても良いです。
末永く続いて欲しいお店です。

My mother especially likes this red rice, but white rice cakes, shrimp rice cakes, bean rice cakes, kusa mochi, and red rice are all delicious.
I ate shrimp mochi the other day for the first time in a while.
When baked, the outside is crispy, and when you put it in your mouth, you can smell the fragrant shrimp and sesame seeds.
The mochi is soft and melts so that it melts.
Since it has a salty taste, it has a shrimp scent and a slight saltiness, so you can eat it as it is without adding anything.
When you chew it, it's chewy and you can feel the sweetness of the rice, which is delicious. You can eat as much as you want.
The family is delighted that this is a delicious rice cake.
Currently, it seems that they are run by a close couple, but since they have been and still do kind and polite work, they are loved by the locals.
The customer service is also very good.
It is a shop that I want you to continue for a long time.
