広島には辛い麺の馴染みが良いのか、港屋インスパイアのお店がちょこちょこ見つかります。
平日のお昼時ともあり店内はほぼ満席！
近くのくにまつの行列を見て諦めた人達がこちらに流れていました笑
肉辣蕎麦 800円
無料の生玉子はありませんが、揚げ玉はあり麺も大盛りまで無料です♪
もう少し太めの麺にした方が港屋っぽくなると思いますが、本家にはない大量のシャキシャキ水菜が良いアクセント！
ツユは鰹ベースにピリッと辣油が効いた王道タイプ。
蕎麦湯だと思っていたとっくりにはお湯が入っていました( ・∇・)笑
港屋を想像して食べると物足りなさもあるけれど、
なかなか美味しいラー油蕎麦になっていました(´∀｀*)

Meat and buckwheat noodles 800 yen
There is no free raw egg, but there is fried egg and noodles are also free for large servings ♪
I think that making the noodles a little thicker makes it look more like a harbor, but the large amount of crispy mizuna that is not found in the main restaurant is a good accent!
Tsuyu is a royal road type with a sharp bonito oil on the bonito base.
When I thought it was soba-yu, there was hot water in it (・ ∇ ・) lol
Imagine a porthouse and eat it, but it's not enough, but
It was quite delicious rayu soba (´∀` *)

はちゃめちゃに美味かった。
辛味と旨味が絶妙なツケだれと、蕎麦の味もコシも茹で加減も抜群。
また食べたい

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 辣油蕎麦のお店。トッピングが豊富で大盛りもサービス。太めの蕎麦をガシガシとかぶりつくイメージでしたが、意外と細めの腰のある蕎麦でした。野菜も取れるし、暑い季節にはぴったりです。

めっっちゃおいしい！
追加料金なしで大盛りになるし、ツユの温か冷でも風味が変わるので、何度も通うハメになりました(^_^;)
あと何回で制覇できるんかなぁ…？

蕎麦大盛り無料もそば好きにはたまらないシステムで、食べたあとの満足感はハンパないです。
また、具材も多いので男性でも充分満足出来るレベルです。
テーブルの上に辛味、揚げ玉、酢があるので食べてる途中に味変ができるのも蕎麦好きの心をくすグリマス。
是非、食べて欲しいお店です。

貝割れ、白ネギ、大根、油揚げとお肉がたっぷり、きれいに盛りつけられています。
お蕎麦とからまりやすい大きさで食べやすいです。
つけだれがピリッと辛く、おいしくいただけました。
食後30分ぐらいは唇がヒリヒリしました。
「辛みなしで」と注文されている方もいました。
次回は温かいタレで食べてみたいです。
となりの人との仕切りがなく席も近いです。
この点が気になったので4点としました。

Some people ordered "without spicy".
Next time I would like to eat it with a warm sauce.
There is no partition with the neighbors and the seats are close.
I was curious about this point, so I gave it 4 points.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 八丁堀の辣蕎麦さん ランチでよく伺います。ラーメンではなく辛めのお蕎麦のお店です。お蕎麦のつけ麺が辣蕎麦で坦々麺はスープの中にお蕎麦が入っています。入口の券売機で食券を買いお店の方に大盛りか普通かを伝えます。温かいのや冷たいのが選べていいですね。無料で大盛にして戴けるのは良心的ですね。紙エプロンも用意して戴いてるので安心して食べられます。お蕎麦なので大盛りを戴いても丁度良い量だと思います。美味しいです。狭いお店なので入口と出口が別々にあり店内が混まないように工夫されています。
