ガス火、鉄板で焼くスタイルでレトロ感を味わえます。
鶏肉の鉄板焼き一人前540円、ライス170円十分なボリュームでした。
次回は、鉄板焼きをお持ち帰りしたいと思います。
テーブルには、鉄板焼きか、網焼きかどちらか選べるようになっています、鉄板焼きのが煙が少なく焼けますよ。煙が気にならない方は網焼きにチャレンジして下さい。
とても美味しい鶏肉でした。
おばちゃんが一人で切り盛りしているので、皆さん、焦らず、慌てず気長に待つ気持ちと、ご配慮をお願いいたします。
綺麗な場所で、匂いが気になる方は、ご遠慮ください。お子様連れの方へはお薦めできません。

There is a choice to use either teppanyaki or grilled on the table, teppanyaki will burn with less smoke. If you are not worried about smoke, please try grilling.

まず大量に盛り付けられる鶏肉のお山。一人前550円✨
お肉が不思議なくらいとにかく柔らかく、味付け最高❤️
お父さんが学生の頃からお店あると言ってたので40年近くはお店の営業していると思うのですが、この味は昔から一緒だとか??
そう、注ぎ足される秘伝のタレがあるってことです✨
四畳一間の個室。
家族揃いながらご飯の上に鶏肉の山を乗っけて食べる。
無言で食べる。
それが至福タイムです笑

残念ながら店内で食べれなくなってしまいました。（コロナの関係ではない）
でも、まだ食べられるということだけで幸せです。ずっとずっと無くならないでほしい！
I always buy soy sauce-based chicken (raw), which my family loves, and eat it at home.
