た	たか on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 17時より診療開始との事で17時に受付に行き手続きする段階で1時間半～2時間待ち。しかも予約客ばかり。怪我をしたばかりや、急な発熱などで早急に処置してほしい人間に対しても同じ冷たい対応であった。急な患者よりも長く通院してもらう『お客』の方が大切なのであろう。院内も土足で不清潔。内科・整形同じ待合室の為、怪我の治療に来たのに風邪などのウイルスを拾う可能性もある。駐車場も狭く周辺には違法駐車が軽く見積もっても5台以上いる。昼間ならまだしも、ハザードも点けず、路肩から半分以上も車がはみ出している危険な状態です。しかも学校が近く通学路になっている部分もある為、違法駐車の車の陰から部活帰りの学生が出てきてぶつかりそうになったこともあります。病院側も改善するつもりもなく、違法駐車は病院側も防ぐつもりも無いとみえました。診察時間の改定や医師不足、駐車場不足などの慢性的な状態を改善するつもりがない最低な病院だと感じました。今後は違法駐車を発見した方は警察に通報して頂ければ無用な事故も防ぐ事ができると思います。 It is said that the medical treatment will be started from 17:00 and wait for 1 and a half to 2 hours at the stage of going to the reception desk at 17:00. k	k ryu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 身内が腰痛でかかった。独特のシステム。土曜日の朝8:30ごろ電話したが、すでにその日の予約は一杯だった。予約なしの枠もあるが人数制限がありその人数に達したら受付を終了するらしい。10：30ごろには、終了する場合が多いと言われた。 10:00頃に着いた。駐車場は広いが、ほぼ一杯だった。待合室は広かった。受付に15分ぐらいかかった。診察は午後になると言われた。受付を済ませると外に出て良い。順番が迫ってくると携帯電話に連絡が入る。何分ぐらい前に電話をしてほしいか希望を言うことができる。近くにアピタがある。私達は、モレラに用事があったので20分前に連絡をもらえるよう指定。モレラで買い物を済ませ、ちょっと早めの昼食を済ませたところで電話が入って、急いで戻った。問診を受けて戻ってから10分ぐらいで診察を受けることができた。私たちが、ほぼ最後の患者の様だった。待ち時間は長いが、その間自由なので車で移動できる人には、とても便利。その後敷地内にある薬局に行って簡単な薬をもらったが、これには時間がかかった。お年寄りの患者が多く丁寧に対応しているせいと思うが、急いでいる人は、別の薬局を利用した方が良い。 My relatives had back pain.
