受付の対応が悪すぎて驚きました。２回こちらの病院を利用させていただきましたが、２回とも何の挨拶も無し無愛想でした。歯医者さんでも受付の方は「こんにちは」ぐらい言ってますよ。忙しいですアピールはいりません。仕事こなせてないだけですよ。 1度目は家族のインフルエンザの検査を送るだけで受付を代理した際。この時に受付だけで嫌な気分になりました。今回は美容師が保健所に提出する診断書をもらいに行ったのですが、対応も上から目線で受付のくせに何様かな？と思いました。ショートの長身の村木？「用紙はお持ちですか？」と診断書患者が持ってくるわけなくない？と思いました。普通の対応ならそんなこと聞かないですよね？田舎だから対応悪くてもクレームないんですかね？？？先生は可愛らしい方でした。受付が見えないのがいけないんじゃないの？

昨年10月にインフルエンザワクチン接種で義父と2人で受けました。10年以上毎月受診してるかかりつけ医でワクチン接種をしたことがなくて接種を断れた為、急遽こちらで受けました。事前予約ではなく、当日の受付順で少し待ちましたが、無事に接種でき安心しました。今後もインフルエンザワクチン接種はこちらで受けようと思います。受付の方の対応は混雑していた中で普通だと思いました。医師も丁寧な説明をしていました。建物隣と少し離れた信号の脇に駐車場があり便利です。
