【評判】地元では、非常に信頼されていて、定評のある整形外科です。ただ、かなり待ちますので、行くとしたら、あさイチとかです。

予約して行くとしても病院以外の予定は入れない方がいいと思います。
飛び込みなら夕方に行かれた方が賢明です。
先生をはじめ、看護師の皆さん、ストレッチをしてくださる理学療法士の皆さん、レントゲン技師さんはとても親切で技術力が高いです。
受付の女性達は忙しい時間帯は愛想のないように見えますが、忙しいゆえ効率化の為には仕方のないことだと思います。
頼もしい病院です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつも混雑している上に予約必須。ヘルニアで耐えられないのに2週間待ちとかキツイ。
接骨院と同じ治療しかしない老人が行列を作って居るので、通常の腰痛なんかであれば接骨院に行ったほうが金も時間も掛かりません。電気治療や牽引治療、整体などであれば接骨院の方が技術も上です。
レントゲンやMRIの設備は整っていますのでそういった目的でなければおすすめできません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ リハビリを受けるため電話をし、混んでいないか確認すると大丈夫ですよ。とのこと。伺うと椅子に座れないからもいる状態。一時間以上待ち２種類行うメニューを１種類行ったところで私用の時間が来てしまい断念。お金勿体なかったです。混んでいるなら普通に言って下されば。電話して５分ほどで行ったので時間はたっていません。設備が良いだけに残念です。

交通事故を起こし、通院の予約を取ろうとしたら1日ごとに聞いたら「この日はいっぱいです」と断られ、交通事故なのに優先してくれないとはどういう事だと思いました。
有り得なさすぎます。受付の人も電話対応が悪く、凄く嫌な気分になり、二度と行かないと決めました。
星なし以下の評価をしたいです。

まず電話を掛けたら女性が出た。お金はいくら必要か聞いたら、診察しなければ分からないが保険で払うなら5千円くらいは必要だと言われた。万が一の事を考えて1万5千円持参して向かった。
到着し男性の受付が対応した。労災になるかもしれないがとりあえず今日は保険で払うと伝えた。しかし、労災で通院するなら初回から自費で払って頂いているとの事。手持ちが足りなければ隣の静銀で下ろして来て下さいと…
全く意味が分からない。自然な流れとして、労災が適用になるかは否かは会社へ書類を提出し認定されるまで分からないので、認定されるまでは保険払いのはずだ。しかも怪我してすぐ病院に来ているのだからお金の話なんてしている訳がない。
運転も出来ないしバス停まで歩けないから、仕方なくタクシーで来てるのに、50m先の静銀まで歩けと？本気で言ってるのかと開いた口が塞がらなかった。患者で遊んでいるとしか思えない。病院がこんな対応で良いのか？
後々労災の適用が決まった患者にはどう対応しているのか？患者への返金処理は？会社への請求は？労災の患者は来るなと言うことか？
もう一生行く事ないおかしな病院。医師の説明は分かりやすかったが、小太りの看護師も偉そうだし不快な気持ちになる。
