懐石料理がメインで、器も素敵ですし料理も美味しいです。
個室でしか食事をしてませんが、何種類かあると思います。
よく使わせてもらう部屋は掘りこたつタイプかテーブルと椅子の部屋です。
両方とも畳の部屋になります。
意外ですが、うな重やステーキもとても美味しいです。
うな重は下手なうなぎ専門店で食べるより私はとても美味しいと思います。
ステーキは日本的にわさび醤油で食べたりも出来ます。
懐石料理コースの追加で必ず、うな重とステーキを注文しちゃいます。
なのであまり御値段の高いコースを頼まないです。
お酒は鰭酒をよく呑みます。
今日の料理のお品書きをリクエストすると
女将さんがしっかり書いて渡していただけます。
家族にとってもとても居心地の良いお店です。

I think that unagi is much better than eating at a poor eel specialty store.
Steak can be eaten with wasabi soy sauce in Japan.
We always order unaju and steak by adding kaiseki course.
So I do not ask for expensive courses.
I often drink fin liquor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて利用、個室をお願いしたら物凄く雰囲気の良い部屋でした。コースの内容も良くおススメです。帰り際に欧米人の少数ツアー客(富裕層的な)も居たみたいでその様な方々向けツアーコースにも含まれる程富士では良いのでしょうね！
It was a room with a very nice atmosphere when I first asked for a private room. The content of the course is good and recommended. On the way back, it seems that there were a few Western tourists (wealthy), so it would be good for Fuji to be included in the tour course for such people!

料理の味は普通に美味しい。
コスパ的には良くないが雰囲気を重視するなら可。

先付けから水菓子まで作り置き感は一切なく美味しかったです。
特に
お造りの縞鯵
国産松茸の土瓶蒸しと土鍋炊き込みご飯
松茸と黒毛和牛シャトーブリアンのステーキ
が、印象に残りました。
はせがわさんというと鰻という感じです。
やはり美味しくて白焼きが美味であぶら好きなわたくしにとっては最高な食材でした。
takeoutを後でお願いいたしまて、蒲焼と白焼き真空パックお持ち帰りです♡
人生最高の白焼きさま?
次は鰻のお重も頂きたいですね。
流石老舗のお店です。
