なお、短期募集ではない求人にも社会保険適用が2ヶ月後、と言う記載はされていない事が多いと思いますので、社会保険加入に関して物申したい方は年金機構などと相談して加入を早めるよう伝えると良いでしょう。(※ただしすぐ辞める癖がついている方はお勧めしません)
理由は「社会保険加入 ヶ月後 法律」と検索すればわかります。
逆に国保を利用したい方なら別ですが、今時そんな稀有な方はいらっしゃるのでしょうか…。
電話対応してくださった若い女性がとても親身で優しい方だったので、その辺りの会社の方針が残念でなりません。
しかしながら交通費を始め、ユニフォーム代は出してくれるようでしたので、派遣会社の中では比較的まともそうではありました。
