★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地元密着の親切丁寧な不動産屋さんで、社長さん（男性）自身が親切丁寧でサービス心があり、不動産契約について個別の要望や相談も、他の不動産屋さんと比べると柔軟な対応をして貰える事が多い気がします。東大宮駅東口から徒歩約３分の角地に店舗があるので、東大宮近辺で土地を買いたい人等は、一度連絡を取ってみると良いと思います。
A kind and polite real estate agent with a close relationship with the locals, the president (male) himself is kind and polite, and he is more flexible in responding to individual requests and consultations regarding real estate contracts compared to other real estate agents. I feel that there are many things I can get. There is a store in a corner area about 3 minutes walk from the East Exit of Higashi-Omiya Station, so if you want to buy land near Higashi-Omiya, you should contact us once.

社長夫人と一緒に朝早くから自社物件の敷地内を拭き掃除、掃き掃除して回ってる 自身の賃貸契約時からかなりお世話になってる
この社長との相談や交渉でいやな気分になったことは１回もない
Good community-based store, kind and polite, and the president is a hard worker
I've been wiping and sweeping the premises of my property early in the morning with the president's wife. I've been indebted to him since my rental contract.
