★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 知人の紹介で大腸検査しました。
恥ずかしさや少しの緊張ありましたが、優しく誘導してくれる看護士さんや落ち着いた先生の解説・説明に肩の力も自然に抜け、スムースにすいすい、あっという間に済んだ気分です。
これなら来年もお願いしようかな。
 I had a large intestine examination with the introduction of an acquaintance.
I was embarrassed and a little nervous, but the nurses who kindly guided me and the calm teacher's commentary and explanations naturally relaxed my shoulders, and I felt like I was done smoothly and in a blink of an eye.
If this is the case, I'll ask next year as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先生は親身になって対応してくださり、非常に感じがよいです。しかしメガネで出っ歯の看護師は、下衆で話が噛み合いません。このクリニック唯一の汚点です。
→問題の看護師を見なくなったから、評価上げておく。
The teacher is kind and helpful, and it feels very good. However, a nurse with glasses and a protruding tooth does not get in touch with the public. This is the only blemishes in this clinic.
→ I don't see the nurse in question anymore, so I'll give it a higher rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めての大腸検査にどんなんか心配したが、麻酔で痛みもなく寝ているうちに終わり、あっという間に終わり、随分と楽だった。
また、麻酔がしっかり覚めるまでリクライニングチェアで休んでいけたのは安心で良かった。
検査前の説明は年輩の看護スタッフからされ、わかりやすかった。基本的にどのスタッフも親切でてきぱきしていた。。
I was worried about my first colon examination, but it ended while I was sleeping without pain under anesthesia, and it ended in a blink of an eye, which was a lot easier.
Also, it was safe and good to be able to rest in the reclining chair until the anesthesia was fully awakened.
The explanation before the examination was given by the senior nursing staff and was easy to understand. Basically all the staff were kind and quick. ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 待合室が広く天井が高いので、カフェのような雰囲気で待ち時間も快適でした。
設備も整っていて検査もスムーズ、テキパキとした看護師さんたちが印象的でした。検査後、先生からの説明もわかりやすく、こちらからの質問や不安に思っていることにも丁寧に答えていただけました。
看護師さんの注射も痛くなかったのも好印象で、またこちらにかかりたいと思います。
The waiting room was large and the ceiling was high, so the atmosphere was like a cafe and the waiting time was comfortable.
The facilities were well-equipped, the inspection was smooth, and the nurses who were very cheerful were impressive. After the examination, the explanation from the teacher was easy to understand, and he politely answered questions and concerns from us.
I was impressed that the nurse's injection didn't hurt either, and I would like to take this again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつも受付は丁寧で感じが良い。看護師はよく話を聞いてくださるし、先生は親身になってくださいます。これからもずっと通いたい病院です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 腹痛で何回か受診しました。ただ開業しているだけのクリニックよりはしっかりと診てくれます。定期的な薬をもらいに行くだけなら良いです。癌や胃潰瘍のような分かりやすい疾患はみつけれますが、その他の分かりにくい疾患については、ここでは発見も解決もしません。
I had abdominal pain several times. It will give you a better diagnosis than a clinic that is just open. All you have to do is go get regular medicine. Obvious diseases such as cancer and gastric ulcer can be found, but other obscure diseases are neither found nor resolved here.

受付スタッフに直近で1番早い日にちと時間に予約を入れてもらいました。
検査の時に突然看護師から「その日は予約出来ないから、予約日を変えてください」と言われた、受付スタッフからOKをもらっていることを伝えたが、「予約出来ない」の一点張りであったので、しぶしぶ予約日を変更した。
会計時に受付スタッフから「予約日を変更したのですか？」と聞かれたので、「看護師さんが最初の予約日は予約出来ならから予約日を変更するように言われたので変えました」と伝えたところ、「そんな事ないんですが･･･」との返答。
スタッフ同士の連携の問題なのか、女性社会特有の問題なのか分かりませんが、今後は患者側に迷惑のかからないように対応してもらいたい?

I don't know if it's a problem of cooperation between staff or a problem peculiar to female society, but I would like patients to deal with it so as not to bother them in the future ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めての胃カメラをこちらでしましたが、担当だった看護婦さんがとても優しくて先生も声をかけて下さり、あまり怖がらずにできました。どの看護婦さんもサバサバして気持ち良く、先生もよく説明してくださり質問にも快く答えてくださりました。混んでいますが、待ってでもこちらで見ていただくと決めています。コロナもあるし、webで凡その時間帯を予約できるようになるといいですね…
