W	Wakako Takakura on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車で何度か通っていましたが初めて店内へ。とてもかわいらしい外装のお店です。あったかみのある店内には美味しそうなケーキがずらり。今回はイートインで紅茶とセットで濃厚なチョコケーキを頂きました。紅茶もたくさんありますが、どんなケーキが合うか書いてあるので選びやすい！こちらのケーキはチョコが濃厚で中のベリー系のソースが甘酸っぱいバランスの良いケーキでした。 I used to drive several times, but for the first time I went to the store. M	MP MP on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ モンブラン目当で初めてやっと行く事ができました。店内は思ってた以上に狭かったですが、カフェが奥にあったのですね。よくあるモンブランの形と違いワクワクしましたが、食べにくかったのと私には甘過ぎた感じです。又違うものを買いに行きたいと思います。 I was finally able to go to Montblanc for the first time. H	Hiroshi Morimoto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021.07.11日曜日16:55到着店内はイートインスペースを大きく取っているので陳列エリアは狭いです。タイミング良かったのかイートインは10分ほどの待ちで案内されました。テイクアウトのお客さんは次から次に来店されてました。イートインにてグリオット・ピスタージュ562円モンブラン562円アールグレイ584円ドリンクほうじ茶ラベンダー605円カフェオーレ550円テイクアウトアイアシュッケ・ハーフ1,080円モンブラン土台の部分はかなり甘く好みでは無かったけど食感がカリッとサクっとが融合したような何とも表現しにくいけど珍しい食感でとても良かったです。上の部分は今風のオーソドックスな感じかな。栗の風味が充分に感じられ濃厚なクリームですが特にインパクトは無かったです。グリオット・ピスタージュアールグレイこの2種は複雑で濃厚な感じの中にしっかりとピスタチオ、紅茶それぞれの風味が感じられ、もぅ！むちゃくちゃ旨い！つい先日、別の百名店のケーキもとても美味しく感動を覚えましたがこれらは更に上を行く物でした。アイアシュッケ一般的なチーズケーキとは全く違う食感で多少日持ちする物なので若干硬めな感じのものでした。生菓子よりも焼菓子寄りの商品かな？特にインパクトは無し。 2021.07.11 Arrival at 16:55 on Sunday The display area is small because the store has a large eat-in space. ぽ	ぽん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022.4 滋賀県といえばのドゥブルベボレロ。大阪本町店には行ったことがありますが、滋賀本店は初めてです? 入るやいなや、厨房から店員さんの私語がめちゃくちゃ聞こえてきたのは気になりましたが、有名パティスリーらしいショーケースにテンションが上がります♪ すでにたくさんケーキを食べてたので、色々迷ったあげく、不思議な形のモンブランとマカロンをイートインさせていただきました?✨ ★モンブラン大阪本町店では、シグネチャーのチーズケーキとシュークリームをいただき、重いケーキだなという印象を抱きましたが、やっぱりモンブランも重たかったな… 生クリームにフレッシュさがなくて、油脂感強めでぬるっとした感じでした。紅茶が出てくるのに結構時間がかかったので、もしかしてショーケースからケーキ出しっぱなしだったのかな? ★マカロン生地があんまり美味しくなかったな? 湿気ったようなイメージの頼りない生地に対し、こっくりガナッシュ。ガナッシュたっぷりは好きだけど、ほぼ生チョコのようなずっしり感とボリューム感。ちょっと甘めですね。 ★ココナツのサブレこれは生地もサクサクと軽く、ココナツの甘みも感じられて美味しかったです。 ★フロコンドゥショコラいわゆるロッシェですな(´•ω•`) なんかチョコレートのコーティングが堅かったけど、普通に美味しかったです?ただ、私は日清シスコのチョコフレークのが好きかな(笑) 2022.4 Speaking of Shiga prefecture, Dubrube Bolero.
