和食職人が監修したわりにはかなり甘い分類に入ると思います。
ふわふわして美味しいです。
生でも焼いても美味しいですが、焼いて食べた時の、外カリ中ふわな感じが好みでした。
卵不使用なので卵アレルギーがある方でも食べられるんでしょうね。
また食べたいと思える食パンだったのでリピートしたいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつも売り切れの看板が出ていて、ずっと気になっていたんですが姉が買ってきてくれて初めて食べました！香りもよく口にいれると、もっと香りが追いかけてきて凄く美味しい(*≧∀≦*)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日にも関わらず、開店時にはぞぞくと人が集まってきます。1本単位での販売ですが、すぐに食べてしまえます。他の生食パンに比べると、甘めです。
