★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 印西市内の他某プラザへの問合せ時、ひどく閉鎖的な対応でガッカリしたが、サザンプラザさんは正反対で非常に親切で暖かい感じを受けた。
市外住民でも利用出来るので有難い。施設利用も1時間単位から可能で、2階ホール多目的室にはヤマハC5(キータッチが重いが音は良い）が設置、ホール内の響きも良い為、時折コンサートや発表会にも利用されている。ホールの1時間当たりの利用料は他施設に比べ少し高いが、市内の音楽教室のピアノレンタル料よりははるかに格安である。
玄関口も駐車場からはスロープとなっており、脇に2階へのエレベーターもあるので、体の不自由な方も、訪れ易いと思う。館内も大変綺麗で音楽愛好家の方にはお勧めの場所です。

There is. The hourly usage fee for the hall is a little higher than other facilities, but it is much cheaper than the piano rental fee for music classes in the city.
The entrance is also sloped from the parking lot, and there is an elevator to the second floor next to it, so even people with disabilities can easily visit. The hall is also very beautiful and is a recommended place for music lovers.
