敷地内にコメリやTSUTAYA、ダイソー、ドラッグストアもあるので便利です

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 六日町より基本的に塩沢の原信を利用させていただいてますが、久々に行ったら驚いたと言うより呆れました！
温かいものもあったので、お寿司だけはレジ袋に入れて、残りはエコバッグにお願いしますと言ったら、キョトンした表情で全ての品物をレジ袋に入れてました！
エコバッグだけが放置されてて何の意味もないし、この人は大丈夫なのかと思った！
帰りお寿司が生温かかったですし、せっかくのお寿司も気分も最悪でした！
後日、親が買い物に行ったらまたレジ袋に全部入れられたと言ってました！
そこでまたあの店員さんだと思い出したみたいです！
従業員さんの指導以前に、言ったことを理解できていないと思います！
急ぎや、遅くなったとき以外は利用しないと思います

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東京港区から旅行の際に利用させていただいております。以前ホテルで食べる用に刺身を購入しましたが、刺身の鮮度に多少問題はあったものの、その後の店長さんによる真摯な対応に心打たれて以降も積極的に利用させていただいております。その後の改善もされているので、イチ利用者としてはとてもうれしいですね。
20時以降に来店することが多いですが、その時間帯はセルフレジしか動いていないのが非常に気になります。私自身脳神経の病気のため、できれば袋詰めをお願いしたいところなのですが、スタッフさんは5名以上いるのにセルフレジのみの体制です・・・。追加料金を支払えば店員さんで袋詰めしてくれるのでしょうか？
店長さんはとても良い方なので今後の状況を見守らせていただきたいと思います。

I often come to the store after 20:00, but I am very worried that only the self-checkout is working during that time. I myself have a cranial nerve illness, so I would like to ask for bagging if possible, but even though there are 5 or more staff members, there is only a self-checkout system ... Will the clerk pack it in a bag if I pay an additional fee?
The store manager is a very good person, so I would like to keep an eye on the future situation.
