ただ受付の人がちょっとヒステリーぽくて余裕がないと患者さんにキツく当たります。
正直怖いです。
1つ例を挙げると、いつもは検温を実施してるのですが、今日はしないのかな？と思っていたら
とある患者さんが指摘しててそれに対して、
「今忙しいんです。…じゃ検温されますか？」
と、面倒くさそうに患者さんの手首をピッ。
医療機関としてこの対応どうなんですか？
只でさえせっまい待合室で人がギュウギュウなのに。
先生はいいだけに、とても残念です。
