s	sh _ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こんなに営業するつもりがない不動産に行ったのは初めてでした…いるスタッフのほとんどの方が愛想も悪く、見せてもらえる物件もピンと来ないものばかり…センスが感じられません。家賃や設備等確かにわがままは言いましたが、少し条件から外れてもいいのでと伝えたのに、探す気がないのか2件しか提示されませんでした。ネットの方がよほど情報があったので、別の不動産会社に依頼したらすぐに決まりました。なんでこんなに評判がいいのか全くわかりません。 It was the first time I went to a real estate that I didn't intend to open like this ... K	Ka Ta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 詐欺会社です。嘘つきます。絶対ここで契約しちゃだめです！！営業マンの右近（うこん）という女性社員は嘘を言いまくります。内見のときに「インターネットはジェイコムで3000円です」と言っていたが提供エリア外なので使えませんでした。線路付近の物件を内見したのですが右近は「電車の音はなれますよ。田舎なので電車の本数も少ないし深夜も走りません」と言っていたが、実際10分に1度電車は通るし、ロマンスカーのような特急が通るので音はうるさいし慣れないし、深夜に貨物車が通るので深夜２，３，４時に通るし音もうるさい。部屋清掃も頼んだが汚すぎて納得がいかない。さらに、上司の吉野（よしの）に返金を求めるが紹介料の１万円くらいしか返せないと言われた。引越し費用に１４万円くらいかかっているのに納得がいかない。全然話にならなくて頭にくる。どうせこの会社はだめなんだろう。ここにクレームを入れても、店にクレームを入れてもアンケートのURLくらいで謝罪の電話や、お金を返す気がない。お客様のお金をなんだと思っているのか最低最悪の駄目会社です。詐欺師、泥棒、無責任、と言われても仕方ない。謝る気があるなら引越しにかかった費用の全額返せ！！！
