★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタッドレスからノーマルに組み替えで交換出来ると電話で確認した時は言っていたが、いざ行ってみるのそんなのはやっていませんと言われた。
間違えて電話していたのか履歴を確認して見たが間違いなくここでした。
そちらでタイヤも買っていたのに、電話で嘘も言われ（値段まで確認してる）もう二度とここではタイヤを買う気がありません。
 I said on the phone when I confirmed that I could change it from studless to normal, but I was told that I did not do that.
I checked the history to see if I was calling by mistake, but it was definitely here.
I bought tires there, but I was told a lie on the phone (I've confirmed the price), and I'm not willing to buy tires again.

こちらで購入したものでなければタイヤ交換をしないと言われました。夏タイヤのみの購入でしたが、それでも駄目だと…。スタッドレスのみの購入なら対応して頂けたのでしょうか？そうなるとノーマルに履き替えるときに同じことを言われそうですね。

彼らは私達の来店を遠目で確認していながらも声をかけるでもなく知らん顔??
それでもしばらく待っていましたが一向に応対なし❕
なんだこの店は⁉️
こんな店が地元にあったとは?
非常に腹立たしく残念な気持ちで店を後にしました。
店を出る時にピット内のスタッフと目が合っても手を止める気配も何もなかった・・
ふざけんなよ??

オイル交換、タイヤの空気圧点検、ワイパーブレード交換だけでも、タイヤワックスを掛けて綺麗にしてくれるので、気持ち良い。
スタッフが元気に挨拶をすると共に、工場の床やトイレが綺麗なのと、店舗内の椅子やテーブル及び、マッサージチェアもアルコール消毒をしてたので安心して利用出来ました。

むしろかなり割高。
在庫も古いものが多く同じ値段ならディーラーかスタンドでタイヤもホイールも買った方が安心かも。
