 It's easy to draw Fuji's spirit water. There are two faucets. Everyone living nearby is envious of drinking such delicious water. I'm sorry that it's not a review of sake.

昨今は吟醸酒。大吟醸酒流行りですが流石先代博士の肝いり純米酒には魂が隠っていますから白隠禅師のラベルが良く似合う訳ですね‼️
Junmai sake is a strict label, but unbearable by dry parties.
Recently, Ginjo sake. Daiginjo sake is popular, but the spirit of Hakuin Zenji is well-suited to Dr. Hakuin Zenji, the soul of Junmai-shu, which is the essence of Dr. Asakusa. ️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 沼津港で立ち寄った食事処に、静岡の地酒としていくつか提供されていた中で、肴を引き立てきれの良い美味しさの白隠正宗に出会いました。沼津港から近そうだったので、酒蔵へ行ってみました。
東京ではあまり店頭で見かけないお酒だったので、直接伺って色々な種類が並んでいてワクワクでした。
At the restaurant I stopped by at Numazu Port, I came across Hakuin Masamune, who had a delicious taste that complemented the side dishes, while some of them were offered as local sake in Shizuoka. It seemed to be close to Numazu Port, so I went to a sake brewery.
It was a liquor that I rarely see in stores in Tokyo, so I was thrilled to see the various types lined up in person.
