大変親切な担当者さんでした。
開栓作業時、管理会社の不備で水道の元栓が閉められており私は困っていました。
ダメ元で相談したところ、そちらも日本ガス興業の担当者さんが対応してくれました。嫌がる素振りもなく、細かい説明までしてくれました。
本業とは関係ないところも助けて頂き、ありがとうございました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いきなりガスを止められた。ちゃんとガス料金の振込したのに。担当者の確認不足かも、種々手続き不足の指摘をして責任転換。詫びの言葉は無かった。直ぐに開通手続きはしてくれたが、ガスを使わせてやってる事をありがたく思え、アパートなので、嫌なら出て行け的雰囲気。静岡県の人間は恐ろしい。できるだけ逆らわずにおとなしく、出て行ける日がくるまで我慢だ。
