★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 行きつけの小児科が休診だったため、ダメ元で、風邪をひいた乳児を診てもらえるか相談しに行きました。乳児は不可とのことでしたが、受付の方がわざわざ乳児可の他の病院を探して下さいました。その心ある対応がとても嬉しかったです。
また、父が長年こちらのクリニックにお世話になっていますが、親身になって話を聞いて下さる先生で、そちらにも感謝です。
Because my pediatric department was closed, I went to talk about whether I could see a baby with a cold. The baby was not allowed, but the receptionist bothered to find another hospital where infants were allowed. I was very happy with that kind of response.
Also, my father has been taking care of this clinic for many years, and I am thankful to the teacher who is kind enough to listen to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 乳癌検査で引っ掛かったから大急ぎで行ってみた。不安な気持ちを和らげてくれる優しい看護師さんと受け付けさん最近クソな受付が多い中よかったわ！先生もよく説明してくれたし今度から、はら先生頼ります‼️乳癌じゃなかったからよかったわ～✨
I went there in a hurry because I was caught by a breast cancer test. Gentle nurse and receptionist who relieve anxious feelings. The teacher explained me well and I will rely on Mr. Hara from now on.っ た I'm glad it wasn't breast cancer ~ ✨

診察は原先生の詳しい説明と看護師さんの優しい対応に感謝です。これからもお世話になります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付の対応が最悪でした。下痢でトイレを利用しましたが、散らかしてもないのにトイレを出ていきなり片付けてくださいと言われました。根性悪いので二度と行きません。
The reception was the worst. I used the toilet because of diarrhea, but I was told to leave the toilet and clean it up even though it wasn't cluttered. I have a bad guts so I will never go again.
