★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員さんによって、対応が違います。愛想悪い方は本当に悪いし、親切な方は親切です。昨日、レジでポイントカードを作りたいと申し出ると渋々対応されました。別に他にお客さん居なかったのに。これまで定期的に通ってましたが、阪急の方にも新しく花屋が出来たのでそちらで買い物しようと思います。

After my most recent trip, the flowers I had purchased that day died the same day. I called the shop to see what could be done but they just told me to make sure I put the flowers in “the right amount of water”. Which of course, I had already done.... not sure how I feel about purchasing again.
