店員の態度は悪すぎます。
店内にお客がいないのに、忙しそうにやっています。お花を買いに入りたいと思い、入らせてくれません。調子のりすぎ？お客さんを大事にしない店はいつか潰れてしまいますよ。
最悪な体験でした。この店は二度と通過もしたくないです。

現在の場所に店舗が移る以前、JR.線の通りの北側に店舗があった時は、待たされることはあっても対応は感じよく、クオリティもあって不快だと思いませんでしたので相当の頻度で利用しました。
店舗が移ってから更に二度ほど利用をしましたが、対応の変化ぶりに驚きました。多忙もあるのでしょうけど投げ捨てるように「時間がかかる」とぞんざいに対応され、険しい顔でこちらを向くことはありませんでした。プレゼントを贈るために来訪したのに心が冷える気分でした。二度ともそういう対応されたので以後は購入を見合わせてます。
技術はあると思います。どうでもいい相手へのプレゼントなら見栄えがいいでしょう。

It may be busy, but I was greeted by saying that it would take time to throw it away, so I didn't look at me with a stern face. Although I visited to give a present, I felt cold. Since it was dealt with twice like that, I will not buy it after that.
I think there is technology. It would look great if you gave it to someone you don't care about.

すると気が立ったひどい対応。
結局わたしの注文した花束は完成した状態で放置されていました。
それが分かっても適当な心のこもっていない軽い謝罪。
そしてなんのお詫びもありませんでした。
わたしがずっと店の前で待っていたのを他の店員は何度も横切りましたが一切の声かけなし。
忙しいのは分かりますが、仕事終わりの疲れている時に30分も途中なんの声かけもなしに立って待たされ続けた身にもなってください。
せっかくいつもかわいいお花を提供してくれているからと今回も利用したのにせっかくの母の日に最悪な気分になりました。
正直もう利用したくないです。
対応を改善してください。

After all, the bouquet I ordered was left unfinished.
A light apology that doesn't have a proper heart even if I understand it.
And there was no apology.
The other clerk crossed me many times as I waited in front of the store, but without any call.
I know you're busy, but when you're tired at the end of your work, please stand still and wait for half an hour without any call.
Even though I used it again this time, I felt the worst feelings on Mother's Day because I always offer cute flowers.
To be honest, I don't want to use it anymore.
Please improve the response.
