★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 工場は自体は新しいが、内部は結構ブラックな人が多い。特に20代と30代の社員で構成されているので、30代後半の人と40代の社員による、パワハラもある。またここの工場長は、無愛想な方で人を見下す癖がある。
The factory itself is new, but there are many people who are quite black inside. In particular, since it is composed of employees in their 20s and 30s, there is also power harassment by people in their late 30s and employees in their 40s. Also, the factory manager here has a habit of looking down on people because he is unfriendly.

The inside of the factory is properly managed by 5S, and even a glance at the inside of the factory shows the attitude of a company with high aspirations.
