★ ★ ★ ★ ★ かつては一番線しかない駅でしたが、快速運転により二番線が出来ました。鉄道模型に出てきそうな小駅です。
 It used to be the only station on the first line, but the second line was created by rapid operation. It is a small station that seems to appear in a model railroad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大宝八幡宮の参拝後に、ちょっと立ち寄ってみました。縁起良い名前だったので。? 無人駅でひっそりと建ってますが、何か魅力を感じました。
いつかこの駅に着き(宝くじ高額当選果たし)、この駅から旅に出たい(色んな事にチャレンジ ＆ 家族を幸せに)と思いました。?
って、笑われるかな？(笑)
After visiting Daiho Hachimangu, I stopped by for a while. Because it was an auspicious name. ? It's quietly built at an unmanned station, but I found something attractive.
Someday I arrived at this station (winning a lottery ticket) and wanted to go on a trip from this station (challenge various things & make my family happy). ?

大正時代に造られた古い木造駅舎からは時代の荒波を潜り抜けてきた猛者のような風格すら漂います。
瓦屋根もいい味を出しています。
駅は無人ですが綺麗に清掃がされています。
地元の有志の方々が活動されているのでしょうか？
駐車場も無料なのもいいですね。
It is a station building with a retro feel that is suitable as the nearest station to the oldest Daiho Hachimangu in the Kanto region.
From the old wooden station building built in the Taisho era, there is even a personality like a fierce man who has slipped through the rough waves of the times.
The tiled roof also has a nice taste.
The station is unmanned but clean.
Are local volunteers active?
It's nice that the parking lot is also free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大宝神社のすくそばに位置する駅舎。お正月等車より常総線を使ったほうがスムーズに初詣が出来る。100数年地域の方の足になってた駅舎、小さいながらも風格があり、ずっと残しておきたい木造駅舎だ…。
A station building located right next to Daiho Shrine. It is easier to visit the shrine on the Joso Line than on New Year's cars. The station building, which has been a foothold for people in the area for more than 100 years, is a small but stately wooden station building that I want to keep for a long time.
