処方箋の他に健康保険証のコピーを撮りたいので渡して欲しいと言われたので、『コピー？』と 思いましたが 必要なので…と言われて渡しました。その際、名前 住所に電話番号や既往症など どこの調剤薬局でも聞かれるプライバシーが全開になるアンケートを渡されて記入をするよう言われました。まぁ、それも仕方なく記入したのですが、最後まで記入し終えるまで健康保険証の返却がなかってので かなり不信感を覚えました。調剤薬局は大抵が混んでいたりしますが、ここは自分１人の客…というか、患者で、明らかに忙しそうではなかったと思います。なぜ？何故？
未だに疑問です。

Dispensing pharmacies are usually crowded, but here I am a single customer ... or a patient, I think I was obviously not busy. why? why?
