佐	佐野正樹 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いすみでマラソン大会があり、20km走ったその足で太東駅から片道3km弱の道のりをよれよれ歩き飯縄寺へ。茅葺の山門をくぐり庫裏で拝観料をおさめて本堂にすすむ。こじんまりした本堂、正面に大きな天狗のお面。周囲にも意匠を凝らした彫り物が並ぶがこれも伊八の作らしい。堂内に入るとまず目につく巨大な賽銭箱（笑）これも年季が入っているようすで側面に天保十一年と書かれていた。気を取り直し正面を見上げると本日の主役、天狗と牛若丸の彫り物である。これはすごい！立体感と迫力。両脇に龍の彫り物。これも見事。「波の伊八」の本領である波が木でてきていると思えない躍動感。天井には葛飾北斎の師匠が描いたという龍の絵もある。こんな場所に（失礼）こんなすごいお寺があるとは知らなかった。太東駅に戻った時には脚が棒のようになっていたが、それでも行ってよかったと思えるお寺であった。朱印帳を忘れていったことが唯一、悔やまれる。 There is a marathon event in Isumi, and we ran 20km from Taito Station on the foot, and walked to Iinoji Temple.
