カウンターに座り、回らないお寿司にとても感動しました。お寿司以外も色々食べたいなーとメニュー見てて考えていたら、一人分だけコース料理を注文して分けあって食べて、足りない部分だけ単品注文するのはどうですかと親切に案内してださり、コース料理と単品と頼みました。一通りの料理が食べられたことと単品で注文するより安くなったところに親切丁寧さを感じました。
何かのご褒美のときにまた行きたいなと思いました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 福知山での、接待で使わせて頂きました。
メニューもたくさんあって、注文した特華盛りはお寿司～天ぷらまで、盛りだくさんなワンプレート寿司ランチといったところです。
ランチタイムにはリーズナブルで時間も適正、バーコード決済も出来て対応も良かったと思います。
また座敷も4箇所ほどあって大人数でもゆっくりと有意義な時間が過ごせます。
今度はぜひ夜に行ってみたいと思いました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ネタが大きく美味しい。意外と茶碗蒸しが美味しかった。半個室で居心地も悪くないです。ただちょっと駐車場が止めにくいかな。

ランチはワンプレートに色々入っていてとても美味しかったです。

オーダーは、予約してくれた方が予めしていてくれていたもので、一人分がワンプレートに乗せられたものでお寿司、天麩羅などがありました。
普通に美味しかったですね。
当方、海あり県の福井出身でありますゆえに、寿司ネタが、こんなものかと感じました。地元ネタを使う回転寿司でももっと美味しいと個人的な感想です。
あと予約での訪問のせいなのか、天麩羅は冷め気味で、揚げたてでは無く、作り置き感が否めなかったです。鮮度感が無いのは、お寿司もそうだったのでしょうか。工夫すればまだまだ良くなります。
辛口な感想かと思いますが、普通に美味しくいただけますよ。

Perhaps because of the reservation visit, the tempura was a little cold, and it wasn't fried, so I couldn't deny the feeling of making it. Is it the same with sushi that there is no sense of freshness? If you devise it, it will be better.
I think it's a dry impression, but you can enjoy it normally.
