確かに西条店に電話をした(訪問時に先方にも番号を確認)が、転送され八本松にある本店に繋がっていた模様。
そんなことはこちらにはわからない。
防げる事故ではないのか？なぜこのようなことが起こるのか甚だ疑問である。
仕方なく八本松の本店へ受け取りに行ったが、西条店・本店どちらの対応も非常に不満である。
西条店の店員は悪びれた様子がなかった。
フラワーアレンジメント自体はとても素敵だった。

The clerk at the Saijo store didn't look bad.
The flower arrangement itself was very nice.
