「いらっしゃいませ。………有りますよ。」
ショーケースに無いブツをそっと見せてくださいます。いや、そこは並べておきましょうよ。
見た目は焼き芋。店主の包み方も焼き芋のもの。でも、味は全力でスイートポテト。
芋その物にこだわっていらっしゃる様で、先ずは焼き芋のように風味豊かな味が口いっぱいに広がり、そして中に仕込まれたカスタードクリームが絶妙なハーモニーを奏して全体を「スイートポテト」の味に纏めあげています。
大の大人が長々と絶賛する程美味しいスイートポテトでございます。
唯一欠点を述べるとすると、「店主、営業中の旗は外に出して置かないと意味ないですよ〜」

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スイートポテト専門店です。午前中に売り切れてしまうことが多いので、予約注文をおすすめします。営業時間内でも、売り切れ次第、閉店のようです。味は、格別です。個人的には、大切な方への贈答用に購入することが、ほとんどです。
It is a sweet potato specialty store. Pre-orders are recommended as they often sell out in the morning. Even during business hours, it seems that the store will close as soon as it is sold out. The taste is exceptional. Personally, most of the time I buy it as a gift for a loved one.

店の前に車を停めて降りるなり、こちらを見て入り口を開けて待っててくれる丁寧な接客。
お目当てのスイートポテトは、一番大きい物をチョイス。なかなか重みがあります。
食べきれるかなと思ったけど、甘すぎない素朴な感じで、食べてみたら止まりません。次の日には無くなってました。
予約購入が結構多いみたいで、11時頃行った時には、残りわずかとのこと。予約した方が確実かと思います。
鹿角に行った時は、リピートします。

すいーとぽてとは中にバターかなと思ったら、カスタードが入っていてとてもおいしかったです♪
