★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 旅行に行くと決めてからサイトで見つけた弘前のアップルパイガイドブックを見て伺いました。事前に観光館に訪ねたところ当日は休業日、翌日行くときには電話で焼き上がり時間を確認して行くといいと聞いたので、そうしたところお店の方は丁寧に対応して下さり、紅玉の時期限定の可愛いタルトタタンとアップルパイを購入出来ました。タルトタタンはクッキー生地の下がパイなのでタルトというよりアップルパイに近いです。本来のアップルパイの方はリンゴのさっくりとした歯ごたえが残り、パイ生地はサクっというよりザクっというくらいしっかり目にキャラメリゼされています。食べごたえ充分!コスパも良く大満足でした。
 After deciding to go on a trip, I visited Hirosaki's apple pie guidebook that I found on the site. When I visited the tourist center in advance, I heard that it would be a holiday on the day of the event, and that I should check the baking time by phone when I go the next day. I was able to purchase a cute tarte tatin and apple pie for a limited time. Tarte Tatin is more like an apple pie than a tart because the pie is under the cookie dough. The original apple pie retains the crisp texture of the apple, and the pie crust is caramelized to the eye rather than crispy. It was good enough to eat! I was very satisfied with the cospa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a little expensive for my tastes, but the quality and variety was grate! I highly recommend their apple pie. If you are interested in trying several things, they have a some seating in a lovely atmosphere above the shop.

If you want to enjoy the dessert. you'll need to pay a bit more for the dessert and variety is limited. But worth trying and not too heavy to finish a piece of your own with a cup of coffee??
