k	ksk 2593.Revo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 博多ラーメン 780円ごく普通の中華屋さんで使われてそうな加水率高めの中細ストレート麺に、上手く説明出来ませんが業務用？と思わせるどこか不自然な感触の豚骨スープ。うまかっちゃんやチャルメラのバリカタ豚骨(以外と美味いです)が食べたくなりました。替玉はやわ麺で頼んでみましたが(最初は普通)、ほとんど変わらずでした。ちなみに、替玉の時に調整する為のラーメンのタレが無く、醤油で調整して何とか食べれました。テーブルの高菜だけは及第点かな…？ Hakata Ramen 780 yen I can't explain well to the medium-thin straight noodles with a high water content that are likely to be used in ordinary Chinese restaurants, but is it for business use? さ	さと。 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 毎回豚骨醤油を頂いていますが飽きが来ず、何度もリピートしています。豚骨醤油と言ってもスープの色はほぼ純粋な豚骨ですが獣臭は全くなく、まろやかな感じに醤油の塩味があり、家では味わえないやっぱりお店の味でお気に入りです。経験則でしかないですが博多よりはもうすこし北の方の豚骨ラーメンかと思います。小倉とかそっち寄り。麺は九州の細麺よりも水分が多めだと思いますがバリカタなら歯応えが好きな方でも良いも思います。醤油を足してるだけに水分を多めにしているのかな？という感じで関東出身の方も抵抗ない豚骨です。駐車場も多数あり、座敷席もあるので学生や家族連れでも良いと思います。 I get pork bone soy sauce every time, but I never get tired of it, and I repeat it many times. 白	白垣征彦 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 私は福岡県で生まれ育ちました。テレビでも有名な「長浜ラーメン」を思い出す美味しさです。他のラーメン店では、スープを半分は残しますが、埼玉県加須市の花崎駅近くに有る「博多屋」のラーメンは絶妙に上手くて、スープも残さず頂きました。機会が有ったら皆さんも召し上がってください(^-^)/ I was born and raised in Fukuoka prefecture. The deliciousness reminds me of the famous "Nagahama Ramen" on TV. At other ramen shops, half of the soup is left, but the ramen at "Hakataya" near Hanasaki Station in Kazo City, Saitama Prefecture is exquisitely good, and I didn't leave any soup. F	Frozen Aluminium on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夜に訪問。店内は閉店間際ということもあり空いていました。博多ラーメンを注文しました。待ち時間は少なく, 3分程度待つだけで済みました。注文の際に麺の固さを選ぶことができます。ラーメンの器は小さめで具も少なく誰でも食べきれそうな感じ。それにも関わらずちょっとお高いかなと思いました。これが第一印象です。食べた感想としては、スープは比較的味が薄くまろやかな感じです。ただ, 具は味つけがあまり美味しくない。ラーメンは味つけを考えるなら町のありふれたラーメンという感じですが, 価格面を考えるとマイナスかも? 他, 店員さんも接客にやる気が感じられませんでした。下調べをしていなかったとはいえちょっと残念です。 Visit at night.
