★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お酒の種類が充実している上に旬の食材をより旨く引き出した料理が目白押し。名前は忘れたが野菜のしゃぶしゃぶは「たかが野菜」となめてかかってはいけない。野菜のしゃきしゃき感と熱いスープでしんなりしかけた食感が混じり合い、更に極上のスープが強烈に舌と脳ミソを刺激する。もちろん大好きな肉を使った様々な料理も絶品である。
The dishes that bring out the seasonal ingredients better than the various types of sake are impressive. I forgot the name, but don't lick the vegetable shabu-shabu as "Takaka vegetables". The texture of the vegetables and the hot soup make a great mix, and the superb soup stimulates the tongue and brain miso. Of course, various dishes using my favorite meat are also excellent.
