 The water is abundant because of heavy rain the day before. The main stream increased, and we could not cross the river, so we could not approach the waterfall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 岳川の上流側にある 滝に下りる道はあるが途中泥濘で長靴の方が良い 笛貫の滝以外にも小さな滝が多数ある 尚多少の雨でも濁らない美しい渓流
There is a way down to the waterfall on the upstream side of the Takegawa river, but it is better to wear mud and boots on the way. There are many small waterfalls other than the Fuenuki waterfall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After hiking to Mt. Hayachine I had a short stop to see what it looks like. There is a narrow path right next to the sign. Unfortunately there is no place to park your car. Make sure your car is not blocking to road if you like to park there. It took about 5m. To get there. Rainy day might be too muddy though. The water was very clean and cold. I liked the breeze refreshed me as soon as I reached there. It is not a place you can spend hours but worth to stop by if you are around
